I wonder if they'll ask for voluntary redundancies? or would it be a wholesale "Thanks for your trouble chaps, but your battalian is being scrapped"

It is worrying, I fear for troops when they go on operations, the numbers and equipment need to be right.

That's an idiotic plan. The've been cutting back further and further since I joined the MoD back in '89.
If they cut back much further our Forces will be reduced to one man standing at Dover with a pea-shooter!
